These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hands-on Labs website ("Website"), a project managed by Minerva University, a nonprofit organization. The Website offers Services that include the remote control of robotic arms and real-time viewing services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services and Website are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Access to the Services

The Services are intended for users of all ages who have received an access code from an educational organization associated with Minerva University. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have received such access code and are authorized to use the Services.

2. Account Registration and Access

You may be required to register an account on the Platform to use the Services. Your access to the Services is granted through an access code provided by your educational institution in association with Minerva University. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services responsibly and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse or overuse the Services, or to use the Services in a manner that could disrupt, degrade, or otherwise harm them.

4. Content

Any data, text, graphics, or other materials that you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content") are your sole responsibility. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to User Content and that such User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Minerva University and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Services and your User Content.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Minerva University, Hands-on Labs, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
